| Buxted Park
Buxted Park Hotel is another fine venue to get married at, and a particular joy for any wedding photographer who is covering the day. There is not only a wide choice of locations for beautiful shots but also opportunities for those who indulge in more 'fine art wedding photography', as in this first shot.
It is one of those places where you could spend the entire day on just the wedding couple shoot. However you will be relieved to know that I did these in just 20 minutes!

| Turkey Mill
What a lovely venue Turkey Mill near Maidstone, Kent is to photograph. Especially with weather as perfect as it was on the 3rd of May.
There are so many places to choose from when it's time for the bride and groom portrait shoot including, lake scenes, archways and doorways, 2 old boat houses, a gorgeous folly and last but not least, gardens, gardens and more gardens, all beautifully manicured.

| Engagement shoots
One of the best things about doing an engagement shoot at Beachy Head is the variation of scenery within that area. We started at the top of the head, then moved to a position lower down before driving west for a silhouette shot.
Down on the beach at Birling Gap there were lots more opportunities for shooting and when that was done we drove up the road to Friston Forest for yet another change of scene.

Just released and on the shelves now, the spring edition of Royal Tunbridge Wells, features a double spread on my journey as a professional photographer entitled 'Picture Perfect'.
For the second time running I provided the cover shot too.

Speeding vertically in the lift yesterday, I didn't realise that we were to be at the top of the Gherkin. And by the top I mean the very top; there was just glass between us and the sky above!
Of all venues the wow factor was simply amazing and throughout the afternoon it never seemed to wear off. What a fantastic place to talk with newly engaged couples about their wedding plans. Some had already booked the Gherkin as their wedding venue, others were there to check it out.
It was a privilege to be there and a big thank you to all at Searcys for inviting me.
